You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account details. Keep your password private. Phone numbers are currently unverified because phone OTP is unavailable. We may restrict an account for abuse, fraud, unsafe conduct or breach of these terms.
What PlugWeb provides
PlugWeb is a marketplace for requesting charger access from independent hosts. A listing or a request is not a guarantee that a charger will be available, compatible, safe or suitable for an emergency low-battery trip. A booking is confirmed only after host acceptance. The platform does not own or operate the host’s electrical installation.
Driver responsibilities
Check your vehicle inlet, charging cable, power limits and the host’s equipment before traveling or connecting. Follow arrival instructions, property rules and the booked time. Do not plug into damaged equipment. Confirm or dispute meter readings in the app, and pay the agreed measured bill using an available method.
Host responsibilities
List only equipment and parking you have authority to share. Give accurate connector, cable, power, rate, access and location details. Keep equipment maintained and comply with applicable electrical, property, tax and local requirements. Accept only visits you can safely accommodate. Record genuine meter readings and confirm direct payments only when received.
Rates, bookings and cancellation
The listing shows the price per kWh before a request. The final charge is based on the recorded energy delivered, rather than a fixed reserved duration. A driver can cancel a requested or accepted visit through the app; accepted visits may create inconvenience for hosts. Any applicable cancellation fee must be clearly shown before it is charged; the current Phase 1 flow has no automated cancellation fee. The platform commission is recorded on completed bills and settlements.
Disputes and availability
Raise a booking or payment problem through Support. The operator can review records and resolve disputes, but may require both parties’ evidence. We may pause listings or service for safety, maintenance or abuse. Service availability and area coverage change as hosts join or leave.
Privacy and changes
See the privacy policy and account deletion process. Terms may change; a new version and effective date will be published before requiring acceptance of updated terms. For support, use the Support page.
